Using this website

This site lets you request an appointment with Top Auto & Truck Repair. Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment — we confirm by email, usually the same day. Please give accurate contact and vehicle information so we can serve you well.

Appointments

Requested times are held only once confirmed. We may need to reschedule a confirmed appointment for reasons outside our control (parts availability, an emergency ahead of you in the schedule, and similar); we will contact you as soon as we know. You can cancel or reschedule using the link in your confirmation email, or by calling the shop.

Text messages

Top Auto & Truck Repair does not text customers. We use the phone number you provide only to call you about your appointment if needed; confirmations and reminders are sent by email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

SMS messaging program: Top Auto & Truck Repair operates one SMS program — an internal alert to its own staff notification number whenever a new appointment request is submitted on this site. Message frequency varies with booking volume (about one message per new request). Message and data rates may apply. The staff recipient may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving these alerts, or HELP for help. Mobile information collected in connection with this messaging program is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
